- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
- Whisk the eggs with the erythritol and the vanilla protein until smooth.
- Add the milk and egg whites while whisking. You can use hand or electric whisks.
- Place a silicone muffin tin or flan tin on the baking tray and fill it halfway with water.
- Pour the batter into the flan tins. Bake in the oven for 50 minutes at 180 degrees.
- Remove and leave to stand.
- Cover with cling film and place in the fridge for at least 3 hours.
- Remove from the mould and serve with sugar-free caramel syrup and a few chopped almonds.
