  • 1/4 spoonful of pepper
  • Sweet pepper to decorate

  1. Wash and cut the cucumbers in order to make the little cucumber glasses like the ones in the picture.
  2. Remove the pulp from the inside of the cucumber carefully, without reaching the bottom so that we can fill it.
  3. Mix the rest of the cucumber with the rest of the ingredients in a bowl in order to make the mango-guacamole sauce.
  4. Fill each cucumber shot.
  5. Decorate by dusting a little bit of sweet pepper.
