  1. Place the freeze-dried mushrooms in a bowl, cover them with water and leave them to rehydrate for a few minutes. Then drain them thoroughly.
  2. Heat a little oil in a frying pan and sauté the mushrooms.
  3. Mash the cooked potato until smooth, then add the sautéed mushrooms and the remaining ingredients.
  4. Mix until you have a uniform mixture.
  5. Take portions of the mixture and shape them into croquettes.

  4. Shape the mixture into croquettes.
  5. Coat them thoroughly in yellow lentil flour, making sure the entire surface is covered.
  6. Cook in the air fryer at 190°C for approximately 10 minutes, until golden brown on the outside.
