- Place the whipped fresh cheese in a bowl and add the protein powder.
- Mix thoroughly until smooth and free of lumps.
- Soak the gelatine sheets in cold water for a few minutes.
- Gently heat the cheese and protein mixture, without bringing it to the boil.
- Drain the gelatine well, add it to the warm mixture and stir until completely dissolved.
- Divide the mixture between small serving glasses and refrigerate for around 4 hours, or until fully set.
