Below are the shipping costs depending on the amount of the order for some countries.:

* Amount above which shipping is free of charge. It is calculated at the end of the order after applying discounts and/or promotions. If when applying a discount the order total does not reach the minimum for free shipping, the system will charge costs.

** Delivery time of the order. The delivery time is 3 - 5 working days from the time it leaves our warehouse. In some destinations, due to their location, it may take an additional 2 or 3 days.

In addition to the options detailed above, the customer can also choose express delivery, which will be delivered within 24 - 48 hours. For this shipping type , the costs will be detailed during the purchase process, as the amount of the order, weight and volume of the products will be taken into account.

For countries not mentioned above, the shipping costs will be the following:

Shipping costs will be automatically calculated as you add your products to the shopping cart and will depend on:

• Weight or volume of the order.
• Final price of the order.
• Agency transportation fee, which will be periodically updated.

We’ll show you all the available shipping options for your delivery and you can choose the one you prefer.

For shipments outside EU (Schengen area) and/or countries with customs*, please consider that the following situations and its costs won’t be under HSN responsibility, they will be under the customer’s responsibility:

• Any management or process related to Customs and its costs.
• Observance of the local laws (it’s the customer’s responsibility to know and understand whether the products (and its ingredients) are allowed in his/her country)
• If the order is blocked or held back by Customs, HSN won’t be responsible nor it will assume any additional costs related to the mentioned situations.
