    I eat a relatively keto diet, with no flour or added sugars and high in protein, fats and vegetables.     My mother uses them. She is diabetic and at 80 years old, they really work. Due to a torn meniscus she can't move much and the diabetes she has been suffering from for years is triggered. Thanks to this supplement her glucose levels dropped from about 300 to 100-150 without the need for more insulin and she only takes one tablet! Very happy.
