I tried it as a meal replacement and it has been great for those days when I don't have time to cook. It is quite satiating and, in general, it dissolves well in the shaker (if you add more water it is lighter). In taste I liked it, although I noticed it a little sweet, so I adjusted the amount of water and that's it. For me it is a practical option to have on hand when I want something quick and controlled.

  • VERY USEFUL although flavors are missing

    I wasn't sure if it was going to work for me, but it's a success. Its price is not excessive, it has lasted longer than I thought and the only thing is that I think it lacks new flavors and I think they have to work a little more on the taste.

    I chose the neutral variant and am delighted. The powder dissolves well, has a complete nutritional profile and is very gentle on the stomach. Very mild taste, tastes good warm and cold, more liquid or thicker - depending on what you like. If I fancy other flavors, I mix in flavor powder for milk proteins from HSN, cinnamon or other spices.
