    Texture like gummy candy but without sticking so much on the teeth, does not melt on the way but and melts very well in the mouth, delicious flavor, sour strawberry, nothing cloyingly sweet, I recommend it.

    Gummy bar very useful for intense sessions and / or not very long, up to 3-4 hours combining it with gels if desired, after which time I usually combine them with something more solid like Paleobar. It is very easy to take at once and its flavor is not too sweet, so it is not cloying, nor too tiring, nor does it usually cause stomach problems.
