    I bought the pack recommended by a friend of mine, she was great with them. The hot flashes have not really gone away, but the intensity and the number of hot flashes I have during the day and at night have reduced a lot. I have been recommended by HSN to take it with other supplements, and I hope they will soon disappear with your recommendations.
