How to take these supplements?

Keto Whey Protein: 2 servings per day. 1 at lunchtime and one after your workout. For each, mix one scoop (35g) with 175ml of water.
Keto Octane: Follow these guidelines: take 5ml between days 1 and 3, 10ml between days 3 and 5: 10ml, on days 5 and 6: 15ml and from day 7 +15ml. This will allow your digestive system to adjust to its use, take it before training or on an empty stomach.
Keto Instant Coffee: Ideal in the morning for its caffeine content and tradition. Mix 1 scoop (10g) with 150ml of water.

Ingredients

Micro-encapsulated medium chain triglycerides [medium chain triglycerides (from coconut oil), glazing agent (gum arabic)], instant coffee, inulin (Orafti®HSI), flavour, natural anhydrous caffeine (vegetable extraction from green coffee beans).

Very complete package to start a ketogenic diet. The protein tastes great and is easy to digest. The Keto Shred and Coffee give you that extra energy you need in your workouts. In addition, it includes a Shaker with which you can make all the shakes.
