Evomass 2.0 - SportSeries

Evomass 2.0 is a product made from whey protein and quality carbohydrates in order to gain weight. It contains whey protein, which is naturally rich in essential amino acids, carbohydrates like maltodextrin and oat flour as well as medium chain triglyceride oil, a type of fatty acid with a special molecular structure.

It is important to highlight that it is soy lecithin-free, with milk from grass-fed cows and it provides 30g of protein per serving. Moreover, it is available in several flavors.

Intake

Mix 3 scoops (100g approx.) in 350-400ml of milk or water.

Best time to take it

You can use Evomass 2.0 before or after the workout in order to stimulate the muscle growth and recovery.

    I have tried all the flavors and the truth is that I like them all. Of many brands I have tried I have decided to stay with this one. The CHO and protein content is very good and the taste is very good. The pack is economical.

    For the little I've been using it, it tastes good, buy pack of 5 for now the hazelnut and chocolate is tremendous, as for effectiveness I can not comment yet since I've been taking it for 3 days but it looks good.
