Evomass 2.0 is a whey protein and quality carb blend ideal for gaining weight. It contains whey protein, naturally rich in essential amino acids, carbs like rice flour, an improved reformulation that makes Evomass 2.0 a gluten-free 'gainer', and milk cream (powdered Ghee) as a source of fatty acids.

It’s important to highlight it contains no soy lecithin, the milk comes from grass-fed cows, and it provides approximately 30 g of protein per serving. Plus, it’s available in several flavors.

How to take it?

The ideal is to mix 3 scoops of 70 ml (approx. 100 g) with 350-400 ml of milk or water.

When to take it?

You can take Evomass 2.0 before or after training to support muscle growth.

It’s also suitable as part of meals or between them, you can have one or several shakes a day, depending on your needs.
