Evohydro 2.0 (Hydro Whey) is a protein obtained from Whey Protein Isolate after undergoing a hydrolysis process. It offers a high protein percentage along with minimal carbs, fats, and sodium. It contains no lactose.

It’s an excellent pure protein formula for athletes providing more than 27 g of protein per serving (depending on flavor), which will help build muscle tissue and maintain muscle mass.

Evohydro 2.0 Hydro Whey from HSN is a high biological value protein with a rich amino acid profile, including BCAAs and glutamine in its composition.

how to take it?

It’s recommended to keep a continuous protein intake to see the best results. Here’s a suggested intake for at least 4 weeks combined with a training routine:
