Why buy Nettle Extract from HSN?
Discover why it's different from other options on the market!
Root extract
The parts of the plants used to make an extract are an identifying characteristic of the quality of a product. Why?
Because the chemical constituents of the plant are concentrated in different densities depending on the part.
Nettle is renowned for its high concentration of characteristic compounds present in the roots, while other parts such as the leaves and stems are less used for their functional characteristics.
At HSN, we use nettle roots as raw material for the development of nettle extract.
It has not been mixed with other parts of the plant, nor with other areas of lesser nutritional interest.
Urtica dioica root.
Concentration
Did you know...
Only need one vegetable capsule a day?
This is achieved thanks to:
- The high amount of extract used per unit (capsule). No less than 500mg.
- The high extraction ratio (concentration) of the nettle roots.
x5 times more concentrated!
Standardised in Beta-Sitosterol
Beta-sitosterol is the characteristic chemical constituent of nutritional interest in nettle extract.
This product has been standardised to 1% beta-sitosterol. Each capsule contains 5mg of phytosterol.
In vegetable capsules
The nettle extract is a complex with Zinc and Vitamin B6, 100% vegetarian.
Most capsuled dietary supplements on the market are not suitable for vegetarian diets, as gelatine is used as a coating agent.
At HSN, we use a high-strength coating agent, derived from vegetable cellulose, making our dietary supplements in capsules a vegan option.

Ideal for urinary and prostate problems.
Miguel angel 05/10/2022
Ideal for not having to resort to pharmaceutical products and their annoying side effects (retroejaculation among others) for mild prostate and urinary problems. It increases the power of the stream when urinating and reduces the constant sensation of wanting to urinate. It has worked for me with one capsule a day for 15 days alternating with 10 day rest periods.
