I have a B12 deficiency because I have a parietal stomach. In my case, I have problems breaking down b12 in nutrients. Although the doctor recommended java b12 injections, with a daily dose of this vitamin I manage to keep my values within the normal range, I had already tried normal b12, but with this product the replacement is much more effective.
