What is 5-HTP 100mg?

5-HTP 100mg by EssentialSeries is a food supplement based on 5-hydroxytryptophan extracted from the seeds of the plant Griffonia simpicifolia 15 times more concentrated than the seed in a natural form, nicotinic acid and D-calcium pantothenate in vegetable capsules.

5-hydroxytryptophan is the hydroxylated version of the amino acid L-tryptophan.

5-HTP 100mg properties

Ingredients

Griffonia simplicifolia seed extract [15:1, 25% hidroxy-5-L-tryptophan (5-HTP)], vegetable capsule [glazing agent (hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose)], rice flour, anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids), anti-caking agent (tricalcium phosphate), maltodextrin, methylcobalamin (vitamin B12).

Warnings

Store in a cool (below 25°C), dry and dark place. Do not exceed the stated recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of the smallest children.     I'm already starting to feel the positive effects in terms of sleep, I've been falling asleep and sleeping a lot better and without any negative effects when I wake up. I hope it's just as effective in controlling appetite and emotional hunger!
