Facial Yoga Exercises

Neck roll

Lift and tone the neck muscles.
  1. Looking straight ahead, turn the head to the right until aligned with the shoulder.
  2. In this position, tilt it back to maintain the position 8 seconds.
  3. Return to the initial position and perform the same movement on your left side.

Toning the neck

Reduces wrinkles, lifts and tones the lower jaw.
  1. Looking straight ahead, place your fingertips on the upper neck area and slide them down, while tilting your head back.
  2. Return to the initial position and repeat.


Position yourself as if you were holding your head in your hand, push your chin down over your fingers and rest your elbow on your other hand.
  1. Maintain this position for three deep breaths.
  2. Then, use the fingers of both hands, touching the bottom of the chin and alternating with each hand, for 15 seconds.

Soft smile

Reduces the lines around the mouth, the nasolabial folds, and tones the cheeks.
  1. Hide your teeth with your lips and put your mouth in the position to say the letter O.
  2. Afterwards, make a wide smile, keeping the teeth hidden.
  3. Keeping the smile, place your index finger on your chin.
  4. Move your jaw up and down, while tilting your head back. Repeat twice.

Bright skin

Increases circulation and gives the skin a glow.
  1. Squeeze the cheeks and entire face area with your thumb and index finger for 30 seconds.


Prevents sagging and increases circulation.
  1. Suck in the cheeks as much as you can.
  2. Then gently touch them with your hands.
  3. Maintain this position for 30 seconds.

Eye massage

The first phase reduces wrinkles around the eyes and relaxes the muscles. The second phase reduces bags, dark circles under the eyes and stimulates blood flow.

First of all:

  1. Place your index finger between your eyebrows and tap gently around the eyes.
  2. Then, repeat the movement at the top of the eyebrow and continue under the eyes.
  3. Finally, continue to the inner corners of the eyes. Repeat in the opposite direction.

For the second phase of the exercise, stroke the lower eyelid with your fingers from the nose outwards, four times.

Smoothen the forehead

Increases collagen and elastin.

Place your fingers in the centre of your forehead and slide them to the sides. Repeat three times.
