- Boil the water in a saucepan and then remove from the heat.
- Take 30ml of water from the saucepan and place it in two smaller containers.
- Add half a packet of gelatin to each small container and stir to hydrate the gelatin.
- Take two larger bowls and add the remaining water from the saucepan along with a scoop of Evowhey Vanilla Protein.
- Also add the FlavourSeries flavour powders, coffee frappe in one and strawberry and coconut in the other.
- Finally, incorporate the gelatin from the small containers and mix everything well.
- Pour the liquid into silicone moulds and refrigerate for at least 5 hours.
- Unmould the jelly and decorate with grated coconut, chocolate cream, and chopped almonds.
