How to make: Turkey Fillet with Ratatouille
- Dice the vegetables.
- Cut the meat into thin strips.
- In a non-stick frying pan, pour the oil. When it's hot, add the garlic and onion. Stir well.
- Once fried, add the two peppers. Stir well.
- Then add the aubergine and courgette. Stir well.
- Finally, add the tomato with two teaspoons of salt and paprika. Stir well.
- Cook on a low heat until all the vegetables are 'poached', around 10 mins.
- In another pan, cook the turkey.
