- Wafers (4 square wafers or two ice cream cones)
- Peeled almonds

- Place the coconut in a bowl and add the melted white chocolate and mix well.
- Crush the wafers until they are finely chopped.
- Add to the mixture and integrate.
- Allow the mixture to cool for 15 minutes in the fridge. It has to cool but not solidify completely.
- Make little balls with slightly damp hands and put an almond in the centre.
- Close and cover with more desiccated coconut. Yummy!
