- 1/2 onion, finely chopped
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 375g of meat
- Cannelloni or pasta sheets
- 50g of grated cheese
- 180g of tomato sauce
- 20g of sun-dried tomatoes
- 65g of cream cheese
- Salt
- 1 tsp of oregano
- 1 tsp of HSN FoodSeries Cayenne Powder
- 15g of butter

- Milk or plant-based drink

How to make: Cannelloni for Christmas

- Add the meat and cook until it browns nicely.
- Stir in the tomato sauce, cream cheese, chopped sun-dried tomatoes, salt, and spices. Mix well and set aside.
- Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat.
- Add the oat flour and cook for about 1 minute.
- Gradually pour in warm or hot milk, stirring constantly to avoid lumps.
- Season with salt, nutmeg, and black pepper to taste.
- Place a portion of the filling on each pasta sheet, being careful not to overfill, and roll them up into cannelloni shapes.
- Spread a thin layer of béchamel sauce on the bottom of an ovenproof dish.
