Passionate about strength, sport performance and fitness, Angel is a self-taught trainer that started to learn about sports in 2011 in order to divulgate and share information.

Shortly after, he created a Youtube channel where he started to share his knowledge with the fitness community.

In 2015, he becomes an NSCA personal trainer and starts to create an online training program with other dietists and trainers. More than 300 customers around the world are already enrolled in this program.

Constantly improving and learning, his objective for the future is to improve this program that will help people reach their goals in the fitness world and avoid all the misinformation.
