  1. Season the potato wedges with your favourite spices and cook them in the Airfryer for 15 minutes at 185°C, until golden and crispy.
  2. Hydrate the textured pea protein, drain well and cook it in a pan with your preferred spices (such as garlic, onion powder, cayenne, cumin or black pepper) until golden and well seasoned.
  3. Prepare the healthy dressing by mixing the ingredients in a bowl until well combined. You can use vegan yoghurt sauce, ketchup, and a splash of pickle juice for an extra flavour boost.
  4. Wash and dry the lettuce, and add the diced tomato, thinly sliced red onion, and sliced pickles.
  5. Build your bowl: place the cooked protein over the veggie base, add the freshly made potato wedges and drizzle the dressing on top.
