Today, we’re making them with the Fit Happy Sisters and using oats as the main ingredient. A super filling breakfast or snack.

- 1 Ripe banana
- 200 g of Greek yoghurt
- Optional sweetener
- 100g of FoodSeries Instant Oat Flour
- 10 g of baking powder
- FoodSeries Dark Choco Sugar Free for a topping

- Crush the banana
- Mix it with the yoghurt
- Add the sieved oat flour into the mixture
- Do the same with yeast (baking powder)
- Add a pinch of sweetener if you want
- Mix everything well. Put the mixture in a pastry bag and distribute into doughnut moulds (lightly greased with coconut oil)
- Cook in the microwave for 5 mins
- Set aside to cool
- Melt the chocolate and pour it over the top of the doughnuts
- Put it in the fridge to solidify the chocolate
