Sinetrol is a patented blend extracted from citrus fruit sources, with a high concentration of polyphenols to promote fat loss
What is Sinetrol?
Sinetrol is a patented blend based on substances extracted from citrus fruits like orange, grapefruit, or lemon. Among its components, there’s a high concentration of polyphenols that can help promote body fat loss (lipolytic effect). Its active ingredients include Naringin and Hesperidin. To boost the formula, caffeine from guaraná is added.

Citrus extracts are used because of their health benefits. Among the most notable are helping to regulate blood pressure, fight diabetes, and even weight loss
Properties of Sinetrol
Sinetrol is designed to help the body in the process of reducing excess fat and improving body composition. Also, thanks to the properties of its compounds, it provides a powerful antioxidant effect and helps reduce risks related to metabolic disorders linked to overweight and obesity. Sinetrol is made with natural ingredients, which are also found in fat loss supplements. It doesn’t cause notable side effects.

Sinetrol is a registered trademark of the company Fytexia
Benefits of Sinetrol
According to studies carried out, which first tested the efficacy of Sinetrol, you can experience the following results:
- Reduction of body weight
- Decrease in fat percentage
- Increase in metabolism
- Reduction of hip and waist circumference
- Anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effect
- Enhances the effect of nutritional and sports programs for weight control

One of the most “motivational” visible aspects when someone is in a weight loss phase is comparing improvements with anthropometric measurements. Still, this should be motivation to keep going.
How Does Sinetrol Work?
Using Fat as Energy
The proprietary formula of Sinetrol® provides a series of bioactive polyphenols known for their lipolytic action. This process (lipolysis) is related to obtaining energy from fat tissue (triglycerides) stored in fat deposits (adipocytes), stimulating the release of fatty acids and glycerol.
Stimulating Lipolysis
To produce this effect, the action of the enzyme Phosphodiesterase 4 (PDE-4) is inhibited, which acts on cAMP (Cyclic Adenosine Monophosphate), the metabolic regulator the body uses, linked to fat use as energy. High levels favor energy production by signaling to release more fatty acids.
Action of cAMP
When a hormone like adrenaline, which tends to be released during physical activity among other situations, interacts with fat cells, cAMP steps in to send signals to the enzymes that act on stored fatty acids.
Additionally, polyphenols help induce fatty acid oxidation and thus, speed up energy metabolism

The combination of good habits supports healthy weight control
Clinical Studies on Sinetrol
Two studies have been conducted on Sinetrol to investigate its safety, efficacy, and effects on weight loss, metabolic and inflammatory parameters, as well as oxidation and blood sugar.
A double-blind, controlled study with 2 groups of 10 people each. One group received Sinetrol and the other a placebo. Participants were overweight with obesity index (27-33). Supplementation lasted 12 weeks with a dose of 1,4 g per day of Sinetrol or placebo, 1 capsule at breakfast and another at lunch. No changes in diet or physical activity.
Body mass index was checked at 4 and 12 weeks. The group taking Sinetrol showed a fat percentage drop of 5,53% at 4 weeks, and 15,6% at 12 weeks.
This second study lasted 12 weeks, testing a group of 47 overweight people given Sinetrol twice a day, while another group, also N=47, received a placebo.
After the trial, the Sinetrol group lost about 5,71% waist circumference, compared to 1,56% in the placebo group; 4,71% less hip circumference vs. 1,35% placebo; and 9,73% less abdominal perimeter vs. 3,18%. Regarding inflammatory markers (C-reactive protein), there was a 22,87% decrease vs. a +61% increase in the placebo group.
Side Effects from the Study
None were reported.
The research showed that Sinetrol can be a potential agent to help with fat loss, and reduction of abdominal, hip, and waist circumference, as well as improving blood sugar control and exerting anti-inflammatory action.
Side Effects of Sinetrol
According to research, the product is completely safe. It’s formulated without bitter orange (Citrus Aurantium), which can be harmful for some people with cardiovascular issues. Still, the caffeine content isn’t considered high or excessive, perfectly tolerable unless someone is very sensitive to caffeine. In any case, when in doubt, especially if on medication, check with your doctor.
How to Take Sinetrol?
To optimize the effects of a nutritional and sports plan, and based on the studies, you can include supplements with Sinetrol, taking 2 daily doses of 450 mg (from Sinetrol XPUR): with breakfast and lunch, to complete 900 mg of Sinetrol per day.
