What is Natural Vitamin K2 50mcg?

Vitamin K2 Natural 50mcg by Swanson is a dietary supplement in softgels based on vitamin K2 in the form of menaquinone-7 from fermented soybean natto.

Features of Vitamin K2

Vitamin K2 must be provided through the diet, as our body isn't able to synthesise it by itself. It is present in foods such as meat and fermented foods.

The main properties attributed to vitamin K2 are its contribution to normal blood clotting and for supporting bone maintenance.
