Vitamin A (as acetate), vitamin C (as ascorbic acid), vitamin D (as cholecalciferol), vitamin E (as d-alpha tocopheryl succinate), vitamin K (from phylloquinone), thiamine (as thiamine mononitrate) (vitamin B1), riboflavin (vitamin B2), niacin (as niacinamide), vitamin B6 (as pyridoxine HCI), folate [667 mcg DFE (400 mcg folic acid)], vitamin B12 (as cyanocobalamin), biotin, pantothenic acid (as d-calcium pantothenate), calcium (from calcium carbonate), iron (from ferrous fumarate), iodine (from potassium iodide), magnesium (from magnesium oxide), zinc (from zinc sulphate), selenium (from sodium selenate), copper (from copper gluconate), manganese (from manganese sulphate), chromium (from chromium chloride), molybdenum (from sodium molybdate), potassium (from potassium chloride), bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose), anti-caking agent (stearic acid), stabiliser (croscarmellose sodium), maltodextrin, aqueous film glazing (purified water, glazing agent (hypromellose), humectamte (polyethylene glycol)], anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids).
Warnings

This multivitamin with iron from Swanson has everything I need for my day-to-day life. As it comes in tablet form, we can even cut it in half for those who find the dosages too high. Very good.
