I am taking it regularly, although not every day, and I would say that it helps me with the digestion of fats, in fact now I don't find undigested fats when I go to the bathroom.

I find this combination of dandelion, milk thistle and yellow dock excellent for liver support and cleansing. I use it in specific periods when I want to detoxify the body or take care of the liver. I notice a slight digestive improvement and a feeling of lightness. Very good natural product, ideal as an occasional supplement.
