L-Arginine, gelatin, anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids), bulking agent [microcrystalline cellulose (vegetable fiber)], anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide).

Good product with a good amount of arginine. I take one on an empty stomach before training and I notice more energy and less fatigue.

It is the most relevant supplement to produce nitric oxide and at an incredible price and it lasts a long time. I usually take a couple of capsules a day. So far it works very well.
