In my case, it has not worked at all. I have hot flashes and did not get better or worse. I was taking 3 capsules a day. I will try another product they have that is more complete and see how I do. Maybe it is too weak for my symptoms. Best regards.

As a good lover of herbs as alternative treatments to drugs, I find in this product another great treasure that nature gives us.
