I have not tried this brand yet, I have been taking the HSN ones and they have been very good, my joints hurt less when training and during the day, let's see how these ones are doing, they have more quantity in the daily intake, but for me they are essential in my diet.

The best thing I could have bought. I have fibromyalgia and permanent pain, as well as back and knee problems. I take Boswellia and the improvements are immense, I notice improvements after 2 or 3 days. My husband has joint problems and has started taking it too and the pain has reduced immensely. We both feel a fantastic effect. I recommend it.
