Epic Pro 25-Strain 30b CFU by Swanson is a dietary supplement in vegetables capsules based on bacterial ferments.
This supplement in veg capsules contains an exclusive Swanson blend with 25 types of bacterial ferments and fructooligosaccharides.
Adding the colony forming units (CFU) of all the ferments contained in each capsule, we get a total of 30 billion (an amount guaranteed by the manufacturer until the best-before date).
In addition to bacterial ferments, each serving of this supplement contains 100mg of FOS (fructooligosaccharides).

Ferment supplementation is needed at alternate times! I have been taking this product in liquidation and must admit that I have noticed if only slight improvement in digestion.
