Bee propolis, gelatine, bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose, (vegetable fibre)), anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide).

If you take it frequently, the effect is much better. Constipation, for example, is not so bad when you have high defenses.

High dosages are required for good results, so it's an expensive product. But there's no doubt that it improves health!

It is a capsule, so if you like the taste of propolis it is great for you, I personally sometimes open it to make its effect in the mouth and throat. Spanish company. So I have it clear, if they have what I'm looking for here I will buy it. Thank you.

Good supplement, it fulfills its function and helps to improve the immune system, allergies, sinusitis and colds. If I had to improve something it would be to put double the amount or higher concentration.
