Astaxanthin is one of those supplements that you start to notice over time. I take it mainly for its antioxidant and skin effects, and since including it I notice better sun tolerance and less eyestrain. Good concentration per capsule and easy to take.

Product recommended to start taking astaxanthin at a moderate dose. It includes safflower oil, rosemary oil and vitamin E so that astaxanthin is better absorbed. I like to take Astaxantin for a while as an antioxidant boost and as a small side effect for the eyes and here you even get the swanson quality for a super price, plus that there are already 4mg per capsule in it, with most you only have 2mg per capsule
