Evopectin (Amylopectin) by SportSeries is a vegan powdered food preparation based on waxy maize amylopectin.

Amylopectin is a carbohydrate modified from cereal starch, in this case waxy maize. It is characterised by its greater structural simplicity than starch and therefore faster absorption. It is a type of carbohydrate widely used by athletes to supplement their diet.
