SAMe (S-adenosyl L-methionine, S-adenosyl-L-methionine disulphate tosylate), bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose), anti-caking agent [fatty acids (vegetable source)], glazing agent, anti-caking agents [magnesium salts of fatty acids (vegetable source), silicon dioxide], humectant (glycerine), thickener (sodium alginate), l-arginine.

For adults only. People with bipolar depression, anxiety disorders or taking antidepressant medication should not take SAMe unless under professional medical supervision. Consult a doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, taking medication or if you suffer a medical condition. Nutritional supplements should not be used to replace a balanced diet. Keep out of reach of the smallest children. Do not exceed the stated recommended daily dose. Once opened, store in a cool and dry place.
