Potassium citrate.
Warnings
Once opened, store in a cool (under 25ºC), dry and dark place. Do not exceed the stated recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of the smallest children. Nutritional supplements should not be used to replace a balanced diet. For adults only. Consult a physician if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, taking medication (specially if it affects the kidneys and the blood potassium levels) or under medical supervision (specially kidney and heart problems or diabetes). Produced in facilities that process wheat, gluten, soy, milk, egg, fish, crustaceans or nuts. It is necessary to maintain a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Health claim awaiting European authorization.
Take 1 teaspoon of ¼ 1 to 2 times a day with food and at least 236ml of water or other beverage.

It is probably very effective and I would have liked to take it. Unfortunately it has a taste that I don't like and I had to throw the product away. Still, I will continue to buy it but I will try other formats that I like and that I can stay with while keeping the supplementation. Thank you very much HSN.

Perfect for a large potassium deficiency since the daily requirement is about 4700 mg. On the other hand, don't be mistaken, 1400 mg of potassium citrate is equivalent to 448 mg of pure potassium, so it is often necessary to increase the dose.
