Ingredients
L-carnitine tartrate, bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose), stabilizer (hydroxypropyl cellulose), anti-caking agent [fatty acids (plant source)], vegetable coating, anti-caking agents [magnesium salts of fatty acids (plant source) and silicon dioxide].
Warnings
For adults only. Consult a doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, taking medication or have a medical condition (including thyroid disorder). Nutritional supplements should not be used to replace a balanced diet. Keep out of reach of the smallest children. Do not exceed the stated recommended daily dose. Once opened, store in a cool and dry place. May contain wheat, gluten, soya, milk, egg, fish, crustaceans, nuts or sesame.. Health claim awaiting European authorization.
Take 1 tablet, 1 or 2 times a day.

Better in capsules when it is so much quality it is hard to swallow, better to split it in 2 to avoid scares, it is still early to notice the effects.
