Ingredients
L-Carnitine (Carnipure™) (from L-Carnitine Tartrate), Stabilizer (cellulose), Anti-caking agents [stearic acid (vegetable source), magnesium stearate (vegetable source), silicon dioxide], capsule (vegetable glazing).
Warnings
For adults only. Consult a doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, taking medication or have a medical condition (including thyroid disorder). Nutritional supplements should not be used to replace a balanced diet. Keep out of reach of the smallest children. Do not exceed the stated recommended daily dose. Once opened, store in a cool and dry place. May contain wheat, gluten, soya, milk, egg, fish, crustaceans, nuts or sesame.. Health claim awaiting European authorization.

Better in capsules when it is so much quality it is hard to swallow, better to split it in 2 to avoid scares, it is still early to notice the effects.
