Glucosamine is an amino-sugar that we can find in synovial fluid in connective tissue and cartilage. It is also an amino acid derived from glucose and is naturally produced by the body.
Methylsulfonylmethane (MSM) or Dimethyl Sulfone is a chemical typical of plants and animals that you can supplement in your diet through sulfur-containing foods, including fish and legumes.
Glucosamine + MSM 500mg/500mg includes GreenGrown® glucosamine from non-animal sources and methylsulfonylmethane (organic form of sulphur).

Ingredients
Glucosamine hydrochloride, methylsulfonylmethane (MSM), vegetable capsule [coating agent (cellulose)], anti-caking agents [fatty acids (vegetable source), magnesium salts of fatty acids (vegetable source), silicon dioxide.

I noticed improvements in my symptoms after 3-4 weeks of use. The capsules are quite large and you have to take 3 at a time, which would be the only downside.
