Ingredients
Calcium (from Garcinia cambogia extract) (Garcinia gummi-gutta), Garcinia cambogia extract (Garcinia gummi-gutta) (fruit) [minimum 50% hydroxycitric acid (HCA) (50mg)], stabilizer (cellulose), anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide), anti-caking agent (magnesium stearate) (vegetable source), vegetable glazing.
Warnings
For adults only. Consult your doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, taking medication (especially antidepressants or selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors), or have a medical condition. Nutritional supplements should not be used to replace a balanced diet. Keep out of reach of the smallest children. Do not exceed the stated recommended daily dose. Once opened, store in a cool and dry place. May contain wheat, gluten, soya, milk, egg, fish, crustaceans, nuts or sesame.. Health claim awaiting European authorization.
Take 1 tablet from 1 to 3 times a day. Take it between 30 or 60 minutes before the meals to obtain better results.

Excellent product with an excellent concentration of the active ingredient. It works well, but it's no miracle worker. You also need to be disciplined in your diet and then its effect will be greatly enhanced!
