Evowhey & Oats is a flavored food based on oat flour and whey protein concentrate with sweetener. We’ve combined two of our best products, oat flour and Evowhey protein, to redefine and simplify protein intake.

This product not only provides a significant energy boost but also is an amazing source of fiber and acts as an appetite controller thanks to its 40% carbohydrates.

HOW TO TAKE IT?

The ideal is to mix 2 scoops (approx. 50 g) with 200 ml of water or skimmed milk. Evowhey & Oats is perfect for making tons of fitness recipes.

WHEN TO TAKE IT?

You can take Evowhey & Oats as breakfast or a snack, before or after training, to support muscle growth and recovery.
