Evowhey & Oats is a product made from oat flour and whey protein concentrate with sweetener available in different flavors. We have combined two of our best products, oat flour and the Evowhey protein in order to redefine and improve the protein supply.

This product does not only provide a remarkable energy supply, rather, it also provides a great source of fiber that will help you control the appetite thanks to its 40% of carbohydrates.

INTAKE

We suggest mixing 2 scoops (50g approx.) in 200ml of water or skimmed milk. Evowhey & Oats is an ideal product to cook endless fitness recipes.

WHEN TO TAKE?

You can take Evowhey & Oats for breakfast or as a snack, before or after the workout, in order to stimulate the muscle growth and recovery.
