    I have been taking probiotics for a long time (since a medical treatment caused a digestive hemorrhage and altered my digestions). It is the best of all the ones I have tried. I always check that it has a very high amount of L-Reuteri and this one has plenty. The good thing about being tindalized is that you save having to keep them in the fridge and you can take them with you if you go out to eat.
