Ceramides (Ceramosides™) 30mg by EssentialSeries is a dietary supplement based on a complex of polar lipids from wheat seed extract and vitamin A.

Ceramosides ™ is a phytoceramide-rich lipid complex from gluten-free wheat extract. It also contains 40% digalactosyldiglycerides and 10% phospholipids.

    Prevent dryness and soothe irritation: by creating a barrier to prevent seepage, ceramides lock moisture inside the skin. They protect the skin from sudden changes in temperature and external agents. Retain water: they improve skin hydration and elasticity.

    This product is really a cosmetic but it is ingested, so I find it very interesting. I have been taking it for almost a month now and to see results they indicate that a minimum of two is necessary, so I am working on it. They are small and tasteless capsules.
