How to make: Healthy sour sweets with fruit

  1. Start by peeling the apple, then chop it up, put it in a bowl and add the water and lemon juice.
  2. Cook the bowl with the fruit on the stove or in the microwave for a few minutes until soft and add 15g of erythritol.
  3. Blend the fruit to a smooth puree and add a little colouring (optional).
  4. Hydrate the gelatine, add it to the mixture and stir until well combined.
  5. Pour the mixture into silicone jelly moulds and place in the fridge for 3-4 hours.
  6. Unmould the sweets and for a stronger flavour, dip them into a mixture of erythritol and citric acid.
  7. Repeat the same procedure with the strawberries to make sour strawberry gummies.
