How to make: Healthy sour sweets with fruit

- Start by peeling the apple, then chop it up, put it in a bowl and add the water and lemon juice.
- Cook the bowl with the fruit on the stove or in the microwave for a few minutes until soft and add 15g of erythritol.
- Blend the fruit to a smooth puree and add a little colouring (optional).
- Hydrate the gelatine, add it to the mixture and stir until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into silicone jelly moulds and place in the fridge for 3-4 hours.
- Unmould the sweets and for a stronger flavour, dip them into a mixture of erythritol and citric acid.
- Repeat the same procedure with the strawberries to make sour strawberry gummies.
