- Place the whole wheat tortilla in an oven-safe bowl. It should slightly rise up the edges, like a basket.
- Slice the apples.
- Beat the eggs with the yogurt, about 20g of caramel syrup, and the erythritol.
- Pour the mixture over the wheat tortilla and layer the sliced apples on top. Sink the first layer into the mixture and continue layering the rest on top.
- Bake at 190°C (374°F) for 35-40 minutes with heat from both top and bottom.
- Remove the pie (turn it over with the help of a plate) and brush with more caramel syrup.
