- 85g Evowhey Protein Speculoos Flavour
- 80g FoodSeries Erythritol Powder
- 12g baking powder

- Place the eggs in a medium bowl and add the yoghurt, erythritol, and vanilla essence.
- Beat well until you have a smooth mixture.
- Next, add the flour, erythritol, baking powder, and Speculoos flavour Evowhey. Stir until no lumps remain.
- Pour the mixture into a microwave-safe mould (about 15 cm in size) and cook for 5-6 minutes at full power.
- Remove from the microwave and let it rest for a couple of minutes before unmoulding.
- To make the topping: Place 70g of Speculoos flavour Evowhey in a bowl and gradually add a little milk or plant-based drink while stirring until you reach the desired texture.
- Unmould the cake, slice it in half, and add the cream. Finally, decorate with your favourite toppings and serve.
