  • 20g Grated Coconut
  • 1 spoonful of cocoa powder mixed with grated coconut
  • 400ml of skimmed milk or vegetable drink
  • Sweetener to taste

  1. Whisk the egg whites until they become stiff and put them aside.
  2. Take another bowl, whisk the egg yolks with the coconut and sweetener.
  3. Pour a little bit of milk and whisk.
  4. Add the oat flour and mix it up until everything is well combined.
  5. Keep adding the milk little by little.
  6. Add the egg whites and fold.
  7. Put the mass in a recipient suitable for the oven and bake at 170ºC for 25-30 minutes.
  8. Take it out of the oven, dust some cocoa and coconut and decorate it as you want!
