  1. Place the whole wheat tortilla in an oven-safe bowl. It should slightly rise up the edges, like a basket.
  2. Slice the apples.
  3. Beat the eggs with the yogurt, about 20g of caramel syrup, and the erythritol.
  4. Pour the mixture over the wheat tortilla and layer the sliced apples on top. Sink the first layer into the mixture and continue layering the rest on top.
  5. Bake at 190°C (374°F) for 35-40 minutes with heat from both top and bottom.
  6. Remove the pie (turn it over with the help of a plate) and brush with more caramel syrup.
