I am NPD Technician (New Product Development) in HSN. I am in charge of writing the information from the product descriptions as well as articles for our blog. Moreover, I also answer questions from our customers through Nutrinfo. Above all, my work consists on providing updated scientific evidence to our customers so that they will understand the way the substances from our food supplements work. All the information is backed up with resources from clinical sports literature, a key aspect that sets us apart from our competitors. In addition, I am actively involved in the product formulation, providing a more functional perspective about the active ingredients we select for athletes.
