I am R+D+I Manager in HSN, as well as writing articles for the blog and answering queries from our users through the Customer Service Department. My work consists on analyzing the scientific information that surrounds the nutrients that we use to formulate our products, studying their optimal dose and creating novel formulas that make us different from our competitors. In the same way, I also evaluate our current range of products to improve them constantly.
