200 mcg seems a bit excessive per capsule. I think the effect on my blood sugar was felt. One pill a week for maintenance maybe but one a day gave me pimples and liver problems.
200 mcg semblent un peu excessif par gélule. Je pense que l'effet sur ma glycémie s'est ressentie. Un comprimé par semaine en maintenance peut être mais un par jour m'a donné des boutons et des soucis au foie.
